Gain insight into diverse conflict resolution methods at workplace
Managers are advised to intervene minimally yet sufficiently in conflicts involving their teams. Recognizing and evaluating hidden conflicts is crucial. Timely intervention will prevent escalation. In this training, managers will gain insight into diverse conflict resolution methods for each escalation stage, ranging from fostering independent resolution to mediation, arbitration, and, when necessary, exerting authority.

Miriam Wickertsheim holds a double degree in Asia Studies and Economics from Germany and Tsinghua University. She has spent a decade and a half living and working in China. As the General manager for Direct HR, one of the largest German-speaking HR service providers founded in China in 2008, she is a senior leader in the HR Service industry with an exclusive focus on the China market and more than a decade of experience in this field. She is a frequent speaker at various prestigious organizations here in China.
