AV & P LEGAL, Attorneys at Law is an internationally oriented law firm with a focus on commercial law.

From our Singapore office, we advise our clients primarily on aspects of commercial law, ranging from corporate law to labour law, intellectual property law and tax law. In doing so, our focus is not on the often abbreviated solution of individual problems, but rather we see ourselves as legal companions to our clients who also maintain an interdisciplinary overview.

We see ourselves as advisors to medium-sized businesses, but we also represent corporate groups and public limited companies in their commercial law issues.

Our advice concerns the investments of our European clients mainly in the Southeast Asian economic area with a focus on Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the other ASEAN states as well as investments of Asian clients in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and other states in Europe.

It is particularly important to us to include tax and economic implications in our advice in addition to the purely legal approach. We stand up for our clients’ interests wherever we are needed. Therefore, the service company of our law firm also offers services in the environment of an economic activity such as bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and other office services which are important for our clients to run their business.
