  • where this is necessary for our services,

Visiting our information pages.

Passing on your personal data.

If the matter you are contacting us about relates specifically to the German Centre Beijing, German Centre Delhi.Gurgaon, German Centre Mexico, German Centre Moscow, German Centre Shanghai, German Centre Sin­ga­pore, or German Centre Taicang, we will forward your personal data to the German Centre in question without requesting your explicit approval in order do address the matter. In these cases the decision regarding the passing on of the information lies with German Centre for Industry and Trade GmbH, Beteiligungsgesellschaft. In all other cases we will pass on your data only with your approval unless legal provisions or court measures force us to pass it on to state institutions or agencies.

Revoking permission..

Authorization given to use your data can be revoked at any time with future effect. Personal data will be deleted or blocked if you revoke your consent to the storage of your data, if the data is no longer required to fulfil the purpose intended when stored or if the use of the data is not permitted for legal reasons.

Right of information.

Upon request we will provide you with information on all the personal data about you we have stored. You can also have errors and inaccurate data corrected, updated, deleted, or blocked.

Security in the processing of personal data.

We endeavor to meet the highest security standards when collecting and processing your data. We use technical and organization measures to ensure that your data is secure. These measures protect your data against manipulation, loss, destruction, and access by unauthorized persons. We are constantly seeking to improve our measures for your security and always adapt them to the latest technological trends.

Utilities, active content.

We use Java applets, Active X controls and Java script on our website. If you do not wish to use these utilities or active content for security reasons, you can disable the setting in your browser.

Web analysis.

We store and analyze general data in connection with the use of our website. This data is called statistical data.
